انعقد المؤتمر
الوطني الثاني عشر للجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان، بالمركب الدولي للشباب والطفولة
ببوزنيقة، أيام 26 و27 و28 أبريل 2019، تحت شعار: “نضال وحدوي لتفعيل الميثاق
الوطني لحقوق الإنسان والدفاع عن كافة الحقوق والحريات “.
ولقد أنهى المؤتمر أشغاله
مساء يوم الأحد 28 أبريل 2019، بانتخاب اللجنة الإدارية المكونة من 95 عضوا/ة، ثلثهم
نساء و 26 %منهم/ن شباب، في جو من الحماس والعزم الجماعي على مواصلة النضال الحقوقي
على أساس مبادئ الجمعية ومقررات المؤتمر، وعلى قاعدة الميثاق الوطني لحقوق الإنسان؛
وذلك بعد ثلاثة أيام من العمل والنقاش الجاد والديمقراطي.
وتميز المؤتمر
بالنجاح الباهر من حيث التحضير الأدبي والتنظيمي والمادي، ونجاح الندوة الفكرية الافتتاحية
ليوم 26 أبريل، والحفل الافتتاحي المتميز بالحضور الواسع للهيئات والمنظمات الصديقة،
والأجواء الديمقراطية التي سادت المؤتمر وما صادق عليه من وثائق ومقررات؛ وذلك في ظل
مناخ اتسم بالحرص الجماعي على رص الصفوف، وتقوية الجمعية للتصدي للتحديات المقبلة ومواجهة
كل محاولات التضييق عليها. ولم يفت المؤتمر أن يسجل اعتزازه بالتضامن والدعم الواسعين
اللذين حظيت بهما الجمعية من طرف الحركة الحقوقية والديمقراطية الوطنية والدولية.
وفور انتخابها،
اجتمعت اللجنة الإدارية، في دورتها الأولى، بعين المكان، يومه الأحد 28 أبريل، وانتخبت
المكتب المركزي، المشكل من 23 عضوا/ة، من بينهم 8 نساء (35 %) وستة شباب (26 %)، الذي
اجتمع بدوره لتوزيع المهام داخله على الشكل التالي:
الرئيس: عزيز غالي؛
نوابه: نعيمة واهلي، إبراهيم ميسور، حميد بوهدوني.
الكاتب العام: يوسف الريسوني.
نوابه: سميرة بوحية، عبد العزيز بلحسن.
أمين المال: سعيد الطبل.

Communiqué de presse portant sur les résultats du 12ème congrès
de l’Association Marocaine des Droits Humains
L’Association marocaine des droits humains a tenu
son 12ème congrès national à Bouznika les 26, 27 et 28 avril 2019, sous le mot
d’ordre : “Lutte unifiée pour la mise en œuvre de la Charte nationale
des droits humains et la défense de tous les droits et libertés“.
Les travaux du congrès ont été clôturés le
dimanche 28 Avril 2019 à 14h, par l’élection de la commission administrative
composée de 95 membres, dont 34% de femmes et 26% de jeunes.
Le congrès s’est déroulé dans une atmosphère
d’enthousiasme et de détermination collective de poursuivre la lutte pour les
droits humains sur la base des principes de l’Association, des décisions du
congrès, et de la Charte nationale des droits humains.
Les travaux du congrès, qui ont duré trois jours,
ont été marqués par des débats sereins et des échanges démocratiques et
fructueux, et ont connu un succès remarquable en termes de décisions et de
résolutions importantes adoptées par les congressistes, et par la qualité d’organisation
de ses travaux, ainsi que par le succès du séminaire d’ouverture organisé la
matinée du 26 avril et la cérémonie d’ouverture tenue, le même jour, en
présence de plusieurs organisations amies.
Ledit succès est également reflété par le climat
démocratique qui a prévalu tout au long des différentes réunions tenues lors du
congrès, et par la pertinence des documents, décisions et résolutions adoptés.
Le 12ème congrès a été une occasion
d’exprimer la volonté collective des participantes et participants de serrer
les rangs et de renforcer l’Association afin de relever les défis à venir et de
faire face à toutes les formes de persécution qui visent l’AMDH.
Le congrès n’a pas manqué de se féliciter de la
grande solidarité et du soutien dont bénéficie l’AMDH de la part du mouvement
des droits humains et du mouvement démocratique à l’échelle nationale et
internationale.
Immédiatement après son élection, la commission
administrative s’est réunie en sa première session, le dimanche 28 avril 2019,
et a élu le Bureau central composé de 23 membres, dont 8 femmes (35%) et 6
jeunes (26%). Le nouveau bureau central
s’est aussitôt réuni pour répartir les tâches entre ses membres, comme suit :

A press release after the end of the 12th National Convention
of the Moroccan Association for Human Rights.
The
12th National Conference of the Moroccan Association for Human Rights was held
in Bouznika on April 26, 27 and 28, 2019 under the slogan: “United fight
to activate the National Charter for Human Rights and defend all rights and
freedoms”.
After
three days of hard work and democratic debate, the conference ended on Sunday
April 28, 2019, with the election of the 95 member Administrative Committee,
one third of whom were women and 26% of them youth, in an atmosphere of
enthusiasm and collective determination to continue the right to fight on the
basis of the Assembly’s principles and decisions under the National Charter for
Human Rights.
The
conference was a remarkable success in terms of the organizational debut,
material presented and the Intellectual Symposium on April 26. The opening
ceremony was distinguished by the presence of other organizations and the
democratic atmosphere that prevailed on the conference and decisions
adopted.
The
conference had strengthen the Assembly and addressed the challenges ahead to
face all attempts that may weaken our forces.
Further
more the Conference was adement to show pride in the broad solidarity and
support shared by the National and International Human Rights movement.
Upon
its election, the Administrative Committee, at its first session, met on Sunday
April 28, 2019 and elected 23 members at the Central Office, including 8 women
(35%) and six youth (26%). As follows:

Comunicado de prensa con motivo de la clausura
del duodécimo Congreso nacional de la Asociación marroquí de derechos humanos.
El XII Congreso nacional de la asociación marroquí de derechos humanos se
celebró los días 26,27 y 28 de abril de 2019
en el complejo internacional de la juventud e infancia de Bouznika, bajo
el lema” Lucha unitaria para
activar la Convención de derechos humanos y la defensa de todos los derechos y
libertades“.
El Congreso se clausuró el domingo 28 de abril de 2019 con la elección del
comité de dirección compuesto por 95 miembros, de los cuales un tercio son
mujeres y el 26% son jóvenes, todo ello en un ambiente de entusiasmo y
determinación colectiva para proseguir
la lucha por los derechos humanos sobre la base de los principios y valores del
Comité y la Convención Nacional de
derechos humanos ,como resultado de tres
días de arduo trabajo y debate democrático.
El Congreso estuvo marcado por un
notable éxito en cuanto a su preparación literaria,organizativa y material.
El éxito del congreso también se destacó el 24 de abril con la ceremonia de
apertura por la amplia participación de instituciones y organizaciones amigas
,así como el ambiente democrático que prevaleció en el Congreso,además de los
documentos y decisiones adoptadas para abordar los desafíos futuros para
enfrentar todos los intentos de reducirlos.
El Congreso nuestra su orgullo por la amplia solidaridad y el apoyo mostrado por el movimiento de derechos
humanos y la democracia nacional e internacional.
El Congreso ha elegido a su comité
de dirección en su primera reunión celebrada el domingo 28 de abril ,eligiendo
a los 23 miembros de la ejecutiva central
que incluye 8 mujeres ( 35%) y 6 jóvenes (26%) y que queda de la
siguiente manera:
